Как сделать опускающийся бордер форума.

Возник такой вопрос, как сделать, (Если правильно выражаюсь) Бордер сверху чтоб опускался, когда прокручиваешь страницу, как на форуме тут.

Огромное Спасибо! просто я решил свою тему сделать, а не рекламировать чужую. На данный момент у меня на форуме стоит Fluent Design Theme Edition, хорошая тема, но в первых чужая, а во вторых НЕ

Спасибо большое, оно и не оно, не правильно выразился. 

Есть тема к примеру Fluent Design Theme Edition или  IPS Themes - Chameleon

У них бордер , может что с логотипом и профилем двигаться, что с самими кнопками, смотря как настроишь.

Можно пример такой плагин найти, или можно с данный тем скопировать код. и поставить себе  ? 

Просто пока что не понял, какой нужно код скопировать...

Огромное Спасибо! просто я решил свою тему сделать, а не рекламировать чужую. На данный момент у меня на форуме стоит Fluent Design Theme Edition, хорошая тема, но в первых чужая,

а во вторых НЕ ОПТЕМЕЗИРОВАНА , имеется виду, когда заходишь на главную страницу форума ,прогружается страница,  

Тема IPS Themes - Chameleon, очень хорошая, оптимизирована!, быстро погружаются страницы т.д. Но опять же есть свои минусы, такие как не совместимость с барахолкой, и опять же чужая тема.

С этого сделал вывод, лучше взять стандартную чистую тему IPS и по не много ее переделывать. 

 

По этому и задался таким вопросом как сделать чтоб в верхнем бордере отображались значки и профиль как у Fluent Design Theme Edition.
